Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dark roast ground coffee (Vietnamese coffee if available)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 ounces hot water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1Brew a strong coffee using a Vietnamese phin filter over a glass containing the sweetened condensed milk (or use any method to make very strong coffee).
  2. 2Stir the brewed coffee and condensed milk together until well blended.
  3. 3Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
  4. 4Pour the sweetened coffee over the ice and serve immediately.
