Description
Victrola Coffee Roasters has deep roots in Seattle and a story shaped by creativity, community, and a love for great coffee. Inspired by the energy of the 1920s and the spirit of vintage jazz, Victrola grew from a small neighborhood café on 15th Avenue into one of the city’s most beloved coffee institutions. The original shop quickly became a gathering place for locals who needed both quality coffee and a welcoming space to connect.
What began as a single café expanded into roasting operations in the back room, where the team spent long hours refining blends and learning the craft from the ground up. That commitment led to the opening of a showcase café in a restored 1920s auto row building near Capitol Hill, complete with a roastery, training space, and cupping room. Guests visit not only for the coffee but also for the chance to watch the roasting process or enjoy the relaxed, vintage charm.
The Victrola family continued to grow with a Beacon Hill café and later the addition of Seattle Coffee Works in 2022, which strengthened sourcing relationships and deepened connections with farmers, especially in Guatemala. By 2024, the brands joined under the Victrola Coffee name, carrying forward the mission to serve exceptional coffee while creating warm and inviting community spaces throughout Seattle.
Victrola Coffee Roasters remains focused on quality, innovation, and the joy of bringing people together over a great cup of coffee.

The cold brew did not disappoint. I really liked the vibe of this place as you can sit down and get work done if necessary. I took in the vibes and the setting over a quick coffee and was very pleased with how clean the property was and how nice the staff is. I will definitely be back soon.
First time here and it was delicious coffee. Barista explained a few of the bean offerings they had for the house coffee, espresso and cold brew. Ended up getting a Peru single origin americano and it was light and fruity. Definitely worth checking out.
