Storyville Coffee sits on the top floor of the Corner Market building in Pike Place Market, just steps from the famous red Public Market Center sign. It is a quiet escape from the crowds below and a place where the smell of fresh coffee and baked goods fills the room the moment you step inside. Visitors reach it by climbing the stairs or taking the elevator to the top, where warm lighting, comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere wait above the bustle of First and Pike.
The menu centers around carefully crafted drinks, including the smooth Storyville Sunrise espresso blend with notes of caramel, chocolate and toffee. Every beverage is made to order, from cortados in classic Gibraltar glasses to rich mochas with housemade chocolate sauce. Guests can choose from French press offerings, slow steeped cold brew, thoughtful tea selections and seasonal Italian sodas made with fresh market fruit. The shop also offers a selection of milk alternatives and housemade syrups to customize each drink.

Storyville Coffee is a historic spot in the iconic Pike Place Market. First-time visitors get a free mug, which is a nice touch. It gets crowded on weekends, making seating a challenge. The coffee is good but a bit pricey—lowering the cost would make this place even better. A good place to park is Pike Place Parking, and then walk up to the café.
Best coffee shop experience ever! This place was reccomended by a nice man I met across the street at Pike place market on a cold Feb morning as I was searching for a traditional (not SB coffee) to cap off my first visit to Seattle. Was it expensive? Yes. My oat milk latte was $11, but for me, the vibe, cozy atmosphere and customer service were well worth it. The servers bring you water, and also received a free mug as a guest gift. Will definitely return.
