Dalgona Whipped Coffee

Instructions

1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in equal parts.
2. 2Whisk vigorously (using a hand mixer or whisk) for 2–5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy, forming soft peaks.
3. 3Fill a glass with ice and milk (for cold dalgona coffee) or hot milk (for a warm version).
4. 4Spoon the whipped coffee foam on top of the milk. Stir the layers together before drinking.
