You come in for coffee and suddenly you are sitting there debating pastries, scanning the pour over list, and watching the room fill with conversation instead of phones. The space is bright and open, and it has an energy that feels creative without being chaotic.
The coffee is where Vesta really shines. Their pour overs are detailed and expressive, especially the single origin options that taste wildly different from one another. Espresso drinks are dialed in carefully, and the house made milks and syrups make even familiar orders feel new. The macadamia almond milk gets talked about for a reason, and the honey based drinks have a richness that sticks with you long after the cup is empty.

What happens in…. A short visit to Vegas brought me to the Vesta Coffee Roasters shop. Great coffee and great service. It was very busy but the lines went quickly and the coffee was well worth that short wait.
