Siphon Coffee gives off the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile, even if you only planned to grab something quick. The space has this easy, comfortable rhythm to it, with plenty of tables, couches, and a steady flow of people working, chatting, or just enjoying a slow morning. The staff is friendly in a natural way, never rushed, and they take the time to ask what you like before suggesting something. Their barista’s choice option is especially fun if you are in the mood to try something new.
The coffee itself is impressive, whether you are into classic espresso drinks or something a little more playful like the snickerdoodle latte. The matcha actually tastes like matcha instead of milk, and the brewed coffees have a clean, balanced flavor. Their kitchen is a nice bonus, offering breakfast dishes, empanadas, and sandwiches that make the place feel more like a neighborhood hangout than a grab-and-go shop.
It can get busy, but the vibe never feels overwhelming, and the outdoor patio is one of the best spots to settle in if the weather is right. Siphon Coffee is the sort of place people end up returning to without even thinking about it, thanks to the warm energy, good coffee, and the feeling that everyone is welcome to linger as long as they like.

Came here to do some remote work with a friend. There's a good amount of seating inside but it was quite packed on a Thursday afternoon. We decided to sit at the outside booths. I ordered a rosemel latte and a chicken empanada. The latte was quite sweet and caramel heavy, I did not detect much rose or cardamom flavor. The empanada was alright, the crust was flaky and buttery while the inside was generously stuffed with chicken. It was a nice little snack to keep me satiated. I did like how there was a decent sized parking lot.
I went to Siphon Coffee. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and banana bread. The iced coffee for me was much too sweet and lacked any real coffee flavor. I would definitely ask for it to be 1/2 or even 1/4 as sweet if there is a next time. 2.3/5. The banana bread was good but I do not think the orange cream was a great pairing. I also wish it was a bit warmer. 3.1/5. The atmosphere itself was nice and I enjoyed watching the coffee being made in the siphons. Overall, 2.8/5
