The baristas here are relaxed, patient, and happy to walk you through the menu, which is simple but made with a lot of care.
Their espresso tastes clean and well roasted, with none of the bitterness you sometimes get elsewhere. The drip coffee is surprisingly flavorful, and you can watch their roaster in action, which adds a nice touch. Pastries come from local bakeries, and when they have the chocolate croissants or muffins available, they disappear quickly. Weekends sometimes bring special treats like Five Daughters Donuts, which people line up for.
Parking is easy, seating is plentiful, and the overall vibe is quiet and steady. East Pole is the sort of place you end up returning to without thinking about it, especially if you want a cup made by people who clearly enjoy what they do.

East Pole Coffee Co. is a fantastic spot! The coffee is top-notch, roasted in-house with great care. The atmosphere is bright and modern, perfect for working or meeting friends. Staff are friendly and passionate about coffee. Highly recommend their pour-overs!
Love this place! The Traffic blend is my go-to. They also have delicious pastries and a cool, minimalist vibe. Definitely one of the best coffee shops in Atlanta.
